MustHave helps people find AI tools, ask useful questions and share direct experience. A listing or badge does not mean that MustHave recommends a product.

Votes and rankings

Each account can have one active upvote per product. You can remove your vote. Votes express community interest; they are not a guarantee of quality. Do not buy votes, create extra accounts to vote, use bots or offer rewards for votes.

All-time rankings count active MustHave account votes. Recent rankings use recorded vote dates over the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days in UTC. Older votes without a recorded date remain in all-time totals. Removing a vote removes it from the current rankings. Saving a tool or changing a review does not renew its vote date.

The Trending view uses recent voting and time decay. Its calculation is explained on the rankings page. Payments, imported Product Hunt votes and the number of private saves do not increase this score.

Reviews and discussions

Describe your own experience. Explain the task you tried and what worked or failed. Disclose if you make, sell or work for the product. Keep disagreement about the product or idea. Harassment, impersonation, threats, spam and private personal information are not accepted.

Reviews and discussions wait for moderation before appearing publicly. An approved review shows its rating and your display name. A review score uses approved reviews; it is separate from upvotes.

Product listings and launches

Use accurate descriptions, working official links and images you have permission to publish. Verify your right to manage a listing through the ownership claim process. Signing in does not make you the product owner.

Verified makers can request a release announcement or a future launch date. Editors review the request. Approval allows the announcement to appear on MustHave; it does not guarantee a particular publication time or confirm that a future release has happened. Upcoming dates are labelled as scheduled. Read the linked source for availability and any changes.

Badges and promotion

You can embed a Listed on MustHave badge that links to your product profile. Its vote count reflects MustHave account activity and can change. Do not alter it to imply an award, endorsement or ownership approval that has not been given. Editorial selections and verified-maker badges describe separate facts.

Report a problem

Use Report a problem on a product profile to flag inaccurate information, spam, manipulation or abuse. You can also report an approved review or discussion. Reports are private to the reporting account and authorized moderators. Avoid passwords, identity documents or other sensitive details.

A report requests review. It does not automatically hide a listing or remove votes. Moderators may ask for a correction, remove a contribution or restrict misuse after reviewing the context. For an ownership dispute, privacy request or help with a moderation decision, contact MustHave.
